They did a great job glossing over the LIVE Cheer performance, I give them a lot of credit. I recorded it from YouTube from the beginning, and I saw something quite different. Shiho looked like she was going to pass out multiple times; not something I want to see. Ayaka’s knee gave out and she fell hard dropping Yuka on her; I hope they both made it out of that with nothing more than bruises. At the end, Miho looked horrible, like she was going to go into dreamland with Shiho. Deep down, you could see Kumi was fighting with doing her job of promoting the group and her feelings towards her friends.
I feel like they are pushed too hard more often than the current top Sakamichi group should be; that’s right, I personally believe that Hiragana-Hina is above Nogi and Saka-Keyakizaka. Their fight brought them to the top from being dirt when they started.
I don’t comment much if at all, but this one needed to be commented on.
Thanks again Keyavids for providing the best entertainment….REALLY, thank you. You can’t imagine.
I think the cheerleading concept was far too taxing for the group. I don’t think a hit kigan, whilst I don’t think is meant to be something that’s a walk in the park, should involve members exerting so much struggle so as to for example see them literally put on bandages on their wrists to do a satisfactory job.
As someone who follows all three Sakamichi groups, I think this hit kigan was the most difficult of them all, both physically and mentally. Mentally because they only had a month to prepare for this, is a live broadcast so any mistakes are on full display, required the whole group to perform in sync, on top of their already very busy schedules (see Katoshi, had TV appearance schedules literally every day from what I recall) leaving them little time to practise. Physically because cheerleading is so much more than just idols dancing, it’s a completely different art form and requires a very good physique (see actual cheerleaders, most if not all of them with toned bodies) which is the culmination of years of training which Hinata only had a month to try to mimic in performance.
I guess what I want to say is that this hit kigan was far too overbearing and it was sad to see Katoshi struggle with some parts of the performance. I hope it doesn’t end up becoming some form of trauma for her as her first centre with Hinata.
I totally agree that this hit campaign was way too brutal. With extremly packed schedules they should learn this complex sport on the fly? Yeah, great. I guess we all remember Katoshis feelings back when she had to learn for her final exams and being at Budokan for 3 days and that she was close to quit. Not to mention multiple cases of suicide in K-Pop due to too much stress!
Having the girls doing kind of a fun/horror trip running or on a dragon boat for two days is a whole differt story to torturing them for weeks.
You also see how the rate of hiatus’ is getting to a worring high (Manamo for 4 month, Kono-chan for 4 month – and now Miipan as well). I guess we all love to see them giving their best, but even more we wanna see them in good condition, smiling and genki!
I can’t believe the show act as if nothing happened at the live performance. Tbh, it doesn’t really matter to me, I just can’t believe they did that. Ayaka & Kage fell so hard, I got really worried when I was watching the livestream. They duo were crying partly because they “failed” and partly because of Miipan (get well soon girl!!). The others cried too and Shiho as well ofc (as Wakabayashi predicted lol)
Anyway, besides that, very good episode. These girls never fail to entertain me and make me laugh. Don’t push too hard girls!!!
I hate this so much, They did their best but they looked tired and sad, Idols are also humans this not a joke.
Livestream bought tears rolling down, yes HInatzaka46 is genius in hard work. The members have different job far more than Sakurazak46 and Nogizaka46. Cheerleading is no joke, it was worth watching they managed somehow despite their busy schedule.
