1. Ozeki ROCKS! Although she is not there for this program, I am really happy for her! And Nagasawa getting #1, I can see that. She is talented in many ways. Still no Oda Nana or Suzumoto.

   1. I’m pretty sure this was recorded last year since they tend to do several episodes back to back, and the annual shredder episode was revealed to be recorded on Nen’s birthday, which according to the “pool jumping” episode was in November. We’d probably hear about Oda and Mon’s return weeks ahead of any appearances on this show. Unless they shoehorn in an announcement at the end of an episode, that is.

3. Also rewatching this b/c of the tarot card reading. Short summary and a thought of my own at end.

   Magician card upside down, that can be the news from last Thursday with the departure of 3 for sure but potentially 4 members. Sure hope this is the worst of it.

   Hermit card, searching for something in the darkness,…chasing something where there are no answers. Could be the search for new identity, an attempt to rebrand without losing too much support. May also represent 1st gen’s doubts as to why things have happened and potentially shaken some of their confidence moving forward.

   Chariot card upside down, trying to move forward but can’t. The graduations, setbacks taking its toll with tons of uncertainty ahead. The struggles with the 9th single came to mind on this one. Interestingly enough it is said they create a way to get themselves unstuck. Maybe a 2nd gen explodes that everyone can rally around to make 9th a better than expected hit. Risa’s expressions here make it seem like she’s aware of a hurdle or two but doesn’t want to admit it to herself. Some genuine concern on her face lol.

   Devil card upside down, evading dangerous situations. At their breaking point they’ll be able to get out of this funk somehow. Really going to keep my eyes open for when this might happen, also it was said work will continue for them so not completely bad outlook for their year.

   Overall, could turn out to be addition by subtraction. Losses are seriously huge but the opportunity to take center, evolve the group, and forge new path is exciting as a fan and hopefully is for the members, especially 2nd gen and 2.5 whenever they arrive.

   1. Fortune telling is a scam. The fortune teller only got invited to send us an indirect message from management. :V

   2. Also remember couple episode where neru goes to korea?

      They visit well known fortune teller cafe and asking keyakizaka fortune.
      2020 says “hello my friend”

8. The fortune telling was pretty accurate. Techi’s resignation, Suzumoto and Oda’s graduation, Nanako’s rumored Marriage in august and rebranding of Keyaki to Sakurazaka. Kowai.
