ozeki reaction release the tension atmosphere ROFL, just like the roller coaster in early keyakitte. that’s the best part of this episode
i don’t know their management’s way of thinking. for a fresh new start they decrease the number of senbatsu member into 14? being an idol is to train your mental too but keyaki/sakura really push it to the corner.
ps: does their overture change too? keyaki overture is kinda dope though.
So their now come with like Nogizaka with Fukujin (Sakurazaka=Sakura Eight), it’s good i think for members to work harder than before, so each member can shine not like before they too much rely on Techi.
It’s interesting with 6 couple songs, i hope their rotate the centre in each couple songs, but unfortunately they don’t make a song for duo or mini group.

Yup. With lesser member in the formation, it’s not just the girls need to work harder, it’s probably easier to choreograph the dance and easier to distribute camera screentime evenly when performing live or in MV. The more the members in the formation, the more chances for them to become ‘backdancers’. But yeah… they better rotate the center for each songs in the single and not keeping the same members in Sakura8 for so many single.
Ozono is so smart and charming
I think this new system will encourage healthy competition within group which is obviously a good thing.

I think this Saku8 system is better than senbatsu bcoz it’s clear that they can’t have all 26 members on the stage at the same time so rotating 3rd row is good way to include all members. Hopefully this system will give them more opportunity and shine if mgm done correctly. coz of this system I hope all the members will not leave especially 1st gen and work together and raising the bar to achieve TOP idol group. I am very excited for this first single release.
p.s Love to see Morita smirks at the end of the “Nobody’s fault” song

I don’t want center in Sakurazaka46 , at least I wished ( aoi or ten ) someone in that two to be a center , whatever the 1st members should have more priority than rookie members , as another way
center should be selected by voting system for yearly or each new song .
They all should have chance to shine at center cuz they are idols , not back dancers .
I was hoping Kobayashi Yui would finally be a center for a single. But I think management has said that the new group will focus on second generation members. I wish the best for morita. She certainly is one of the best among the second gen. I do hope that they won’t fixate on a single person like before, and different members would have a chance to be center for the title song for each single.
Seeing Sakurazaka for the first time gives me a same vibe from Nogi, not from the song but the uniform. It seems that they have become an elegant keyaki. But those smirks from Morita, damn, I’m falling for that.
