While admittedly Matsumoto has a running start (not much in fairness), running 21 metres in 3 seconds with a short run up is actually impressive, which makes sense given she’s the fastest runner at the time of the recording. It was actually these 2 sports festival episodes which made me go back to the start of Keyaki even to see the other sports festivals. Health and safety definitely improved (poor Kato Shiho she legit had a concussion in the 2nd sports festival), as well as find out who the legendary Watanabe Miho is who actually matched Sawabe in basketball skills (she’s legit legit).
Long comment over but these episodes are genuinely some of the best, the next one sadly won’t have anymore 1ki remaining, the true dream is a rematch vs Hinatazaka46 in a collaboration multi-parter (Hinata episodes are aired after, so it can go in 2 2 parters or even 3 2 parters across both shows with rotating hosts).
